Take a step towards emergency preparedness and meet PADI Rescue Diving Courses prerequisites. EFR gives you the confidence to respond to a medical emergency in your every day world.

The course encompasses:

  1. Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) for adults, children and infants.
  2. Emergency First Response Secondary Care (First Aid) for adults, children and infants.

By providing a non-stressful learning environment and a more hands-on skill practice time, our training techniques will build your confidence to provide care when there is a medical emergency. General academic information is covered using the EFR independent study materials, which allows our qualified instructors to focus time on skill development rather than lectures.
